When will my order be shipped?

I received a package with damaged items inside. What should I do?

We know how unpleasant it can be to receive damaged goods and that's why you can insure your shipment against loss or damage at a cost of €3.90 (VAT incl.).

To reduce CO2 emissions caused by our shipments, a minimum order of €24.90 (excluding shipping) is required for countries within the EU.

I didn't receive the receipt/invoice in the package. How can I request the warranty?

As an e-commerce, Unless explicitly indicated during the order process by entering your billing information , we do not issue invoices or receipts and, for tax reasons, we will no longer be able to do so.

What is the HiNelson Loyalty Program and how does it work?

HiNelson Loyalty Program is the loyalty program designed specifically for you and your needs.

For every €10 spent you will accumulate 7 points which we will call " Miles ".

Your credit will be applied as soon as your order status is marked as " Delivered ". 

You can use your points without any minimum spend . Shipping costs will remain unchanged with an order total of €0.00.

Miles are collected for both online and in- store purchases.

You have time to spend your Miles until the end of October of each year .

Any points accumulated and unused after their expiration will be deleted from your account.

I didn't receive the invoice in the package, what should I do?

We are a e-commerce and, as such, we are not obliged to issue an invoice unless expressly requested . Before placing an order, remember to also enter your billing data (PEC, VAT number or tax code, unique code).

The immediate electronic invoice can be issued (and therefore transmitted to the SdI) within 12 days of the transaction (sale of a product or provision of a service) to which the document refers. This deadline was established by Growth Decree no. 34/2019.

Liferaft inspections and scrapping services.

How does the review service work?

It's very simple: first you have to identify the raft model in your possession among the audit services offered, Eurovinil , Arimar , Plastimo or Zodiac . Enter Brand And Model, Number of Seats and Navigation Limits using the drop-down menus. Don't forget to indicate in the notes on your order The serial number of your raft.
