How it works

For every online purchase, you accumulate MILES points that you can spend as you wish directly in checkout on your subsequent orders. The more points you accumulate, the more you save!

How to use points

On the shopping cart page, you will be shown the MILES points you have (if you have already collected any). From the same page, you will be able to decide whether to redeem all or some points through an immediate discount.

The goal of HiNelson is to improve service to offer a unique experience to our community. We were born in 2018 and year after year we have tried to improve our catalog, our logistics and our customer service as much as possible by listening to advice and suggestions from our customers.

Today we can say that we are not only an e-commerce but a real community of enthusiasts, of people who live the sea even when they are not on a boat. There is still so much to do, but to celebrate this journey we have come up with our new HiNelson Program: a real loyalty program that will allow you to experience HiNelson even better.

What is HiNelson Program and how it works

1. HiNelson Program is the loyalty program designed specifically for you and your needs.

2. For every 10€ spent you will accumulate 7 points that we call "Miles".

3. You will be credited as soon as the status of your order is marked as "Delivered".

4. You will be able to use your points with no minimum spend.

5. You will be able to redeem your points by converting them into a coupon.

6. The voucher generated by redeeming points will be able to discount the entire order amount, excluding shipping.

7. Miles are collected for both online and in-store purchases.

8. You have time to spend your Miles until October 31 each year. Miles points expire every November 1.

9. All points earned and not used after the expiration date will be deleted from your account.

10. Earned points will be removed if your order is marked "Cancelled."

11. You will only be able to redeem your points for online purchases.
