What couriers do you use for shipping?

You will receive the goods with GLS, TNT, BRT, DHL, Typ.

For shipments outside Italy, the courier used will be DHL, TNT or BRT.

You can insure your shipment from loss or damage at a cost of € 3.90 (VAT incl.).

Can I insure my shipment?

Of course! For a cost of € 3.90 + 1% of the order value you can insure your shipment, preventing theft and/or damage.

If you fail to insure your package, we will not be able to help you.

I received a package with damaged items inside, what do I do?

We know how unpleasant it can be to receive damaged goods , which is why you can insure your shipment from loss or damage at a cost of € 3.90 (VAT incl.).

Unfortunately, we cannot control the entire shipping process sometimes subject to thecarelessness of carriers.

When you receive a package, always remember to accept it subject to inspection verification.

Then, contact us at our mailing address providing visual evidence (photos, videos) of what you received, we will know how to help you.

Use the search bar or browse by categories and choose from more than 48,000 items what you need. Select theitem, model and desiredquantities and add the goods to cart.

To reduce the CO2 emissions caused by our shipping, a minimum order of € 24.90 (excluding shipping) is required for countries within the EU.

Proceed to payment only after you are sure you have completed your purchases and follow the wizard.

Can I add one or more references to my current order without paying shipping charges?

If the status of your order is not set to"In Preparation" or"Shipped," there may still be time to change your order. You will simply contact us and tell us the reference numbers (e.g., AA1234) and the quantities of the items you wish to add.

Please note: the change may take up to 48h from the time of communication, therefore, may not be taken correctly.
Following our confirmation of order change, we will send you a link to settle your payment.

Remember: additions/changes on a current order result in a delay in shipment of 3 to 5 business days.

I placed an order but forgot to enter the voucher in my possession. Can you please rectify this?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to add your voucher once the order is finalized.

If its status is not set to"in preparation" or"shipped," we will be able to cancel and refund it to allow you to re-fill it by entering the voucher you have.

I did not receive the receipt/invoice in the package, how can I claim the warranty?

As an ecommerce business, unless explicitly indicated at the time of ordering by entering billing information, we do not issue an invoice or receipt and, for tax consequential reasons, will no longer be able to do so.

For request the warranty for an item purchased on HiNelson, you will simply need to retain the payment receipt PayPal/Stripe/bank transfer (downloadable in the payment service provider's dashboard) bank and reference the identifier of your order (an alphabetical sequence).

What is theHiNelson Loyalty Program and how it works

HiNelson Loyalty Program is the loyalty program designed especially for you and your needs.

For every 10€ you spend you will accumulate 7 points that we will call"Miles".

You will be credited as soon as the status of your order is marked as"Delivered".

You will be able to use your points with no minimum spend. The cost of shipping will remain the same with an order total of € 0.00.

Miles are collected for both online and in-store purchases.

You have time to spend your Miles until the end of each October of each year.

All points earned and not used after the expiration date will be deleted from your account.

If merchandise is returned, the Miles points will be defunded from your account.

I did not receive the invoice in the package, what do I do?

We are a e-commerce and, as such, we are not obligated to issue an invoice where not expressly requested. Before placing an order, remember to also enter your billing information at the same time (PEC, VAT number or tax code, unique code).

The immediate electronic invoice can be issued (and then transmitted to the SdI) within 12 days of the execution of the transaction (sale of a product or provision of a service) to which the document refers. This deadline was established by Growth Decree Law No. 34/2019.

I forgot to request invoice when ordering, what do I do?

The issuance of the invoice follows a consequentiality that for tax reasons cannot be ignored.

If you have forgotten to request invoice at the time of purchase, you can notify us no later than 12 days after sending payment of your request (as per legal regulations, see D.L. Crescita n. 34/2019).

Otherwise, we will not be able to help you.

Where can I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase your gift card online or in our Milan store.

Gift cards are available in denominations of 50, 100, 150 or 200€.

Of course! You can use your gift card partially or fully depending on your needs.

When does my gift card expire?

How can I apply for deferred payment?

When checking out, you will be able to choose the payment method that best suits your needs. With PayPal and Scalapay you can defer payment in 3 convenient installments, at rate zero. Or you can choose HeyLight.

Life rafts

Overhaul and raft breaking services.

How does the review service work?

It's very simple: first, you need to identify the raft model you have among the review services offered, Eurovinil , Arimar , Plastimo or Zodiac. Enter Brand and Model, No. of Places and Navigation Limits using the drop-down menus. Don't forget to indicate in the notes of your order the serial number of your raft. Once you have purchased the service, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date of the raft (be sure to pack it properly), providing you with the label to attach to the package and the bill to entrust to the courier. We will return the serviced raft to you in 15-25 working days from the date the pickup was made.

How quickly will you return my raft?

Review time, pickup and return of the raft is estimated at 15-20 working days.

I don't know the model of my raft, how do I do it?

You will simply check certificate of ownership for the serial/serial number and email it to us at assistenza@hinelson.com. We will verify for you the raft model in your possession and tell you which service to purchase to overhaul your raft.

How can I prepare the raft for withdrawal?

You will simply place it in a box and/or wrap it in paper pallinated so that it will not be damaged in transit. Remember to affix the label on the packaging, which we will provide you with following the purchase of the service.

Rafts over 50 kg. must be packed on a pallet.

Absolutely A new certificate of ownership will be produced during the review phase which will be shipped with your raft once the review phase is completed.
