You can make a refund request within 14 days of receipt of your order.

How to perform a reset

To make a reso, log in to your reserved area. Go to the section:
My orders > Manage order > Execute order.
Select the products you wish to deliver and collect the requested data.

how is the reimbursement calculated?

Refunds will be calculated on the total of the products purchased, excluding the shipping costs of the order.

If you have not used any discount codes in your order, the amount of the refund will be calculated on the total of the products.

If you have used one or more discount codes in your order and you wish to partially complete the order, the refund amount will be calculated taking into account the impact that the discount codes have had on your order.

Two types of reimbursement

You can request a refund in money with the payment method used at the order stage, or a refund in Miglia points.

Refund in Miglia points

If you are reimbursed by Miglia points, please obtain full credit for the value to be reimbursed, excluding shipping costs.

Refund in money

If you receive the refund in cash, we will refund you according to the payment method used at the order stage, including shipping costs.

When you decide to proceed with a reimbursement request, a procedure will be initiated with the assignment of the next status to your practice. Within a maximum of 24/48 hours, our team will prepare your claim.

Once the package is received in one of our stores, it will be sent for a check to ensure its integrity. Once completed, the reimbursement will beprocessed in within 24/48 hours if you have opted for reimbursement in Miglia points, or within 10 working days if you have opted for reimbursement in dollars.

how is a reso made?

how much time do I have to make a reso?

You may request delivery of an order, or part of an order, within 14 days of receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to make a return.

is the break free of charge?

yes! We will refund you the value of the item you return, excluding shipping costs.

are shipping costs reimbursed?

No, the shipping costs incurred for the shipment of an order will not be reimbursed.

how long will it take for the Miglia points reimbursement to be credited?

If you choose the Miglia points refund option, the latter will be issued within 24-48 working hours after delivery of the package.

how long does it take to credit the refund?

If you opt for a cash refund, the refund will be issued 7 working days after delivery of the package. The crediting times vary depending on the banking institute and are up to 10 working days.

how can I use my Miglia points?

At the checkout stage, at the time of payment, you can decide if and how many Miglia points you use by inserting in the appropriate box the amount you wish to use for an order.
Remember that you can spend the Miglia points accumulated until October 31 and that they will therefore be reimbursed on November 1.
