This best-selling portable boat has been updated with newly designed upper and lower fairings based on Tohatsu marine design philosophy, featuring ergonomically designed front and rear carrying handles.

Characteristics
The very first battery-less EFI system
The EFI system will ensure consistent starting, idle stability, and fuel efficiency. Additionally, the EFI system will eliminate problems typical of carbureted models, such as clogging and carburetor overhauls due to ethanol-related issues.
Full tank
With a conveniently located integrated fuel tank on top, the 4hp becomes cruise-ready quickly and without taking up additional space on the boat. An external fuel connection is standard with this model, allowing the engine to also connect to a remote fuel tank.
Longer handle
The tiller handle has been extended by 110mm compared to previous models for easier access and maneuverability.
New carrying handle
In addition to an overall cleaner look thanks to the positioning of the shift and throttle cables inside the handle, the new carrying handle features a 40% increase in surface area and a smooth shape to reduce pressure during carrying.
Location of fuel connectors
Rudder models: Located on the starboard side of the lower case. Remote models: Centered at the front of the lower case.
Washing door
Similar to other Tohatsu models like the MFS9.9E-MFS140A, the wash port has been repositioned to the center for easier access. Fresh water washing is now easier than ever, as no special tools are required.
