Description
Designed for offshore boating and challenging weather, the Veleria San Giorgio 150 N Air Bag Smart automatic inflatable lifejacket with light is approved for unlimited‑distance navigation from the coast under Italian regulations, with 150 N buoyancy certified for offshore use (ISO 12402‑3). It auto‑inflates via a UML‑MK5 water‑soluble tablet inflator with 33 g CO2 cylinder, and also supports manual activation and oral inflation.
The buoyancy bladder is a single‑chamber design in PA 420 fabric with polyurethane coating and high‑frequency welded seams for reliable integrity. Chest circumference adjusts from 80 to 125 cm, covering adult users over 40 kg. Distinctive features include the integrated automatic emergency light and the VSG RescueID label with embedded NFC technology, allowing storage of personal, medical and emergency data and enabling SOS geolocation.
The jacket is vacuum‑packed with a tear‑open sleeve and has a compact footprint of 24 x 17 x 3 cm, weighing 600 g. The front buckle is a quick‑release acetal resin fitting, a lightweight technical material resistant to marine corrosion. A service inspection is recommended every 36 months; the VSG re‑arming kit with 33 g cylinder is available as a spare.
