The Tohatsu 30hp 4 Stroke combines power and lightness, offering excellent performance on any type of boat. With a compact 3-cylinder design, it is the lightest engine in its class, providing agility and reliability.

Available in several configurations, it allows a choice of short or long shaft, manual or electric start, tiller drive or remote control, with trim and tilt adjustment on some models. The optimized gear ratio of 2.17:1 ensures more torque at low rpm and the option of mounting a higher pitch propeller for better high-speed performance.

Equipped with a battery-free EFI system, quick start with digital CD ignition, and a 17.5-amp high-efficiency alternator, the engine provides efficiency and reliability. Adjustable steering friction and flap reduce maneuvering effort, while idle and trolling speed are easily adjusted via remote control or multifunction bar.

Maintenance is simplified with a built-in freshwater flushing system, transparent fuel filter with float indicator, and exhaust through the propeller for quieter sailing. Marine aluminum alloy construction and zinc coatings ensure corrosion resistance and long life.

For safety, the engine includes audible and visual warnings for overheating and low oil pressure, safety lanyard, and run-start protection. RPM limiter ensures operation is always under control.
