I emailed you twice to check dimensions of chosen product and you did not reply , despite my doubts I decided to go ahead with the purchase , however I was disappointed to find the product was slightly different to the required unit . A simple reply to my email ( s ) enquiry could have ensured that I received the correct unit instead of one which does not fit my requirements . Unhappy ☹️
